Cancellation Policy
Canceling and Rescheduling:
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointments without penalty by notifying us 24 hours prior to their appointment time. To cancel or reschedule their appointments please contact us

Late Cancellation:
Cancellations are considered “late” when the Customer does not cancel or reschedule prior to scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will result in a customer being charged $50 late fee.
Missed Appointments:
If a customer missed their appointment without rescheduling or canceling, they will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Booking Fees:
Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Provider Initiated Cancellation:
If, for any reason, we must cancel a customer’s scheduled appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to get you rescheduled or you will receive a FULL REFUND.
Refunds:
Any refund will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
Fee Waiver:
We reserve the right to, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
